Arron Perriam
is the National Programme Manager for Kaleidoscope. Arron has responsibility for overseeing Kaleidoscope’s national vocational rehabilitation service provision, contracts with the ACC and the Ministry of Social Development, and provides overall service support and development.

Melissa Kelly
joined the Kaleidoscope team at the beginning of 2007 and works as a Vocational Consultant within the Burwood Spinal Unit, Christchurch. Mel was previously a Christchurch based Recruitment Executive and has extensive recruitment experience and local business relationships which assists Kaleidoscope’s vocational resettlement focus.

Susan George
works for Kaleidoscope as a Vocational Consultant & Occupational Therapist within the Auckland Spinal Rehabilitation Unit. Sue has more than 15 years experience working as an Occupational Therapist, completing workplace assessments, and promoting vocational opportunities.

Meika Reid
also joined the Kaleidoscope team in early 2007 as a Vocational Consultant. Meika herself has had 17years ‘in a chair’ after experiencing a spinal illness in her teen years. Meika brings to the team the insights and experience of having trained for and developed a career with paraplegia.

Chris Robson
joined the Kaleidoscope team in 2008 at the Auckland Spinal Rehabilitation Unit as a Vocational Consultant. Chris is an experienced career coach and business women with many years experience in the recruitment sector as both a Company Director and Coach.

Anita Hamilton
joined the Kaleidoscope team in May 2007 as a part time administration assistant. Anita brings twenty years experience from the banking and financial industry to the role and she enjoys the interaction with her colleagues. With a sporting family involved in rugby, cricket and jet skiing, Anita has little spare time to enjoy reading, theatre, friends and extended family.

Andrew Hall
, originally set up Kaleidoscope and is now the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Spinal Trust. Andrew came through the Burwood Spinal Unit in 1983 after a swimming accident in Queenstown. He has a C6 incomplete fracture and worked 20 years as a farmer in Central Otago and in the IT industry here and in Australia prior to commencing work with NZST.
