Kaleidoscope Consulting International aims to provide professional vocational rehabilitation service development through consultancy, training, workshops and web resources etc, to current and immerging vocational rehabilitation projects internationally.

For the past 6 years Kaleidoscope has been developing and delivering a ‘new rehabilitation’ model of early intervention acute & rehab setting vocational rehabilitation to Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) clients at New Zealand spinal units, and post-discharge throughout New Zealand. Kaleidoscope has been largely responsible for increasing the return to work (RTW) rate following a SCI in New Zealand from 12.5% in 2002 to 49.8% RTW in 2008 with a further 15% taking up tertiary study (65% outcome to date).
